Praj Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Sugar & Bio-energy Manufacturers Association (ISMA) to collaborate on advancing the Bioeconomy and establishing a robust low-carbon bio-based bioenergy infrastructure.
Praj and ISMA are committed to pioneering efforts towards Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and driving the transition to a greener, more sustainable future. This partnership represents a significant step forward in achieving energy security, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable development.
The collaboration will also explore future opportunities in other bioenergy technologies such as 2G Ethanol, Compressed Biogas (CBG), Green Methanol, Green Hydrogen and other emerging technologies.
Last month, Praj signed a MoU with the Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune, to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in the Bioeconomy-Farm to Fuel Approach.
