New Delhi: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched a scathing attack on the government over pending cane dues in the state.
Attacking the government on Monday, she twitted, “The government is spending Rs 20,000 crore for building a new Parliament corridor and Rs 16,000 crore for buying a special plane for PM but has no money to clear pending cane arrears of Rs 14,000 crore.”
“The government has not increased the sugarcane price since 2017. The government only thinks about billionaires”, she further added.
