BCL Industries has successfully commissioned a 200 klpd ethanol dedicated brownfield expansion at Bhatinda, Punjab, which will raise the plant’s distillery capacity to 400 klpd at Bathinda, reports Equity Bulls.
The company has also set up a 10 MW power plant that would run on paddy straw.
Rajinder Mittal, managing director of the company said, “We are happy that we have commissioned a new plant. With this, we have become one of the largest grain-based distilleries in India.”
