Saharanpur: Following the stern directives of District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra, the Daya Sugar Mill in the district has made a payment of 30 crores out of the outstanding 39 crores, reported Live Hindustan.
The remaining nine crores will be paid in December. It is worth mentioning that the initial installment of ten crores was transferred to the farmers’ accounts on November 30, the second installment of ten crores on December 10, and the third installment of ten crores on December 20. The DM has instructed the prompt settlement of the remaining amount. Expressing gratitude for the efforts made by the DM in facilitating these payments, farmers have acknowledged their satisfaction with the ongoing disbursement process.
