Mumbai: Sensex on 5th September 2019 ended 80.32 points lower at 36,644.42. Similarly, NSE Nifty ended 3.25 up at 10,847.90.
Tata Motors, ONGC, YES Bank, NTPC, and Maruti were among the top gainers today rising up to 7 per cent.
Top losers included HDFC, ICICI Bank, TCS Bank, HCL Tech, and Kotak Bank falling up to 2.63 per cent.
In the previous season on Wednesday 4th September 2019 Sensex ended 161.83 points higher at 36,724.74. Similarly, NSE Nifty ended 46.75 up at 10,844.65.
The rupee was trading at 71.87 against the dollar.
