Equity Indices ended higher today. On July 28, Sensex closed 1,041.47 points higher at 56,857.79. Nifty ended 287.80 points higher at 16,929.60.
In the previous season, on July 27, Sensex closed 547.83 points higher at 55,816.32. Nifty ended 157.95 points higher at 16,641.80.
Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank and SBI Life Insurance were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers included Shree Cements, Bharti Airtel, UltraTech Cement, Cipla and Bajaj Auto.
