Mumbai: Sensex ended on 23rd September 2019 at 1,075.41 points higher at 39,090.03. Similarly, Nifty too ended 329.20 points up at 11,603.40.
Top gainers included L&T, ITC, IndusInd Bank, M&M rising up to 8 per cent. Infosys, Tech Mahindra were among the top losers today.
In the previous season on Friday, Sensex closed at 1,921.15 points higher at 38,014.62. Similarly, Nifty too ended 570.65 points up at 11,274.20.
The rupee was trading at 70.960 against the dollar.
