Indian equity indices ended on negative note on November 28.
Sensex ended 1,190.34 points lower at 79,043.74, whereas Nifty concluded 360.75 points down at 23,914.15.
SBI Life Insurance, HDFC Life, Infosys, M&M, Bajaj Finance were among the top losers on the Nifty, while gainers included Adani Enterprises, Shriram Finance, SBI, Cipla.
Indian rupee ended 4 paise lower at 84.49 per dollar on Thursday versus Wednesday’s close of 84.45.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 230.02 points higher at 80,234.08, whereas Nifty concluded 80.40 points up at 24,274.90.
