Mumbai: Sensex closed on December 3, 2019, at 126.72 points lower at 40,675.45. Similarly, Nifty ended 54.00 points down at 11,994.20.
Bajaj Auto, TCS, Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Bank and Infosys were among the top gainers today on Nifty. While Bharti Infratel, Yes Bank, Tata Steel, and Adani Ports were among the top losers today.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on December 2, 2019, at 8.36 points higher at 40,802.17. Similarly, Nifty ended 7.85 points down at 12,048.20.
The rupee is trading at 71.617 against the dollar.
