Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on October 30, 2020, at 135.78 points lower at 39,614.07. Nifty ended 28.40 points low at 11,642.40.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on October 29, 2020, at 172.61 points lower at 39,749.85. Nifty ended 58.80 points low at 11,670.80.
Bharti Airtel, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher Motors, Maruti Suzuki and HUL were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers included Adani Ports, BPCL, Coal India, Sun Pharma and Tata Steel.
