Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on October 22, 2020, at 148.82 points lower at 40,558.49. Nifty ended 41.20 points low at 11,896.45.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on October 21, 2020, at 162.94 points higher at 40,707.31. Nifty ended 40.85 points high at 11,937.65.
NTPC and Tata Motors were the Nifty50 top gainers while Hero MotoCorp and IndusInd Bank remained the index top losers.
