Mumbai: Sensex close today on 09th September 2019 at 163.68 points higher at 37,145.45. Similarly, NSE Nifty too ended 56.85 up at 11,003.05.
Yes Bank, Maruti Suzuki, and L&T were among the top gainers today rising up to 4.2 per cent.
Top losers included Indiabulls, HCL Tech, Infosys, Bajaj Auto, TCS and NTPC falling up to 1.5 per cent.
In the previous season on Friday Sensex ended 337.35 points higher at 36,981.77. Similarly, NSE Nifty ended 98.30 points up at 10,946.20.
The rupee was trading at 71.673 against the dollar.
