Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 164.99 points higher at 65,558.89, whereas Nifty concluded 29.45 points up at 19,413.75.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 223.95 points lower at 65,393.90, whereas Nifty concluded 55.10 points down at 19,384.30.
Hindalco Industries, TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree and Tech Mahindra were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Power Grid Corporation, Coal India, BPCL, UPL and Maruti Suzuki.
