Mumbai: Sensex closed on November 19, 2019, at 185.51 points higher at 40,469.70. Similarly, Nifty ended 55.60 points up at 11,940.10.
Bharti Infratel, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank, Reliance Industries and Power Grid Corp were among the top gainers today on Nifty. While Yes Bank, M&M, Zee Entertainment, TCS and Tata Steel were among the top losers today.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on November 18, 2019, at 72.50 points lower at 40,284.19. Similarly, Nifty ended 10.95 points down at 11,884.50.
The rupee is trading at 71.845 against the dollar.
