Benchmark indices ended lower today. On September 29, Sensex closed 188.32 points lower at 56,409.96, whereas Nifty ended 40.50 points low at 16,818.10.
In the previous season, on September 28, Sensex closed 509.24 points lower at 56,598.28, whereas Nifty ended 148.80 points low at 16,858.60.
Asian Paints, Tech Mahindra, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto and Titan Company were among the top losers on the Nifty. However, gainers included ONGC, ITC, Apollo Hospitals, Hindalco Industries and HDFC Life.
