Indian benchmark indices ended higher on February 29.
Sensex ended 195.41 points higher at 72,500.30, whereas Nifty concluded 31.65 points up at 21,982.80.
Adani Enterprises, Tata Consumer, M&M, IndusInd Bank and Adani Ports were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Apollo Hospitals, Bajaj Auto, LTIMindtree, Eicher Motors and UPL.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 790.34 points lower at 72,304.88, whereas Nifty concluded 247.20 points down at 21,951.15.
