Indian benchmark indices ended lower on September 4.
Sensex ended 202.80 points lower at 82,352.64, whereas Nifty concluded 81.15 points down at 25,198.70.
Asian Paints, Grasim Industries, HUL, Apollo Hospitals and Sun Pharma are among the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers are Wipro, Coal India, ONGC, Hindalco Industries and M&M.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 4.41 points lower at 82,555.44, whereas Nifty concluded 1.15 points up at 25,279.85.
