The equity benchmark indices ended marginally lower today. On May 24, Sensex closed 236.00 points lower at 54,052.61. Nifty ended 89.55 points low at 16,125.15.
In the previous season, on May 21, Sensex closed 37.78 points lower at 54,288.61. Nifty ended 51.45 points low at 16,214.70.
Dr Reddy’s Labs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC, Nestle India and HDFC Bank were among the top Nifty gainers, while losers included Divis Labs, Tech Mahindra, Grasim Industries, Hindalco Industries and HUL.
