Mumbai: Equity benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on October 7, 2020, at 304.38 points high at 39,878.95. Nifty ended 76.45 points high at 11,738.85.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on October 6, 2020, at 600.87 points high at 39,574.57. Nifty ended 159.05 points high at 11,662.40.
Titan Company, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Maruti Suzuki and ONGC were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Bajaj Finance, BPCL, Hindalco Industries, Tata Motors and Power Grid Corp.
