Equity Indices ended lower today. On July 4, Sensex closed 326.84 points higher at 53,234.77. Nifty ended 83.30 points higher at 15,835.35.
In the previous season, on July 1, Sensex closed 111.01 points lower at 52,907.93. Nifty ended 28.20 points lower at 15,752.05.
HUL, Britannia Industries, IndusInd Bank, ITC and ICICI Bank were among the top Nifty gainers. JSW Steel, ONGC, TCS, Tata Steel and Cipla were among the losers on the index.
