Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex ended 371.83 points lower at 61,560.64, whereas Nifty concluded 104.75 points down at 18,181.75.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 413.24 points lower at 61,932.47, whereas Nifty concluded 112.35 points down at 18,286.50.
Kotak Mahindra Bank, Apollo Hospitals, SBI Life Insurance, TCS and HCL Technologies were among the biggest losers on the Nifty. Gainers were Hero MotoCorp, IndusInd Bank, ITC, UPL and BPCL.
