Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex ended 413.24 points lower at 61,932.47, whereas Nifty concluded 112.35 points down at 18,286.50.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 317.81 points higher at 62,345.71, whereas Nifty concluded 84.05 points up at 18,398.85.
Top losers included HDFC, Tata Motors, M&M, HDFC Bank and Apollo Hospitals, while gainers were BPCL, ONGC, Coal India, Bajaj Finance and NTPC.
