Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended at record closing high on November 24 with Nifty above 13,000 for the first time. Sensex closed today at 445.87 points higher at 44,523.02. Nifty ended 128.70 points high at 13,055.15.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on November 23, 2020, at 194.90 points higher at 44,077.15. Nifty ended 67.40 points high at 12,926.45.
Adani Ports, Eicher Motors, Axis Bank, Hindalco and M&M were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Titan Company, HDFC, BPCL, Bharti Airtel and Shree Cements.
