Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended at fresh record high levels today. Sensex closed on 15th September at 476.11 points higher at 58,723.20. Nifty ended 139.45 points higher at 17,519.45.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 14th September at 69.33 points higher at 58,247.09. Nifty ended 24.70 points higher at 17,380.00.
Titan, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj-Auto, M&M, Infosys, NTPC, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) were among top Sensex gainers. Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, HDFC Bank, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), State Bank of India (SBI) were top BSE Sensex laggards.
