Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on 1st December at 505.72 points higher at 44,655.44. Nifty ended 140.10 points high at 13,109.05.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 27th November at 110.02 points lower at 44,149.72. Nifty ended 18.05 points low at 12,968.95.
GAIL, Sun Pharma, IndusInd Bank, ONGC and UPL were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Nestle, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Titan Company, NTPC and Bajaj Finance.
