Mumbai: Equity benchmark indices ended higher on Friday. Sensex closed on June 19, 2020 at 523.68 points higher at 34,731.73. Nifty ended 152.75 points high at 10,244.40.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on June 18, 2020 at 700.13 points higher at 34,208.05. Nifty ended 210.50 points high at 10,091.65.
Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finance, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finserv and Bharti Infratel were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were IndusInd Bank, Vedanta, HCL Tech, M&M and ITC.
