Mumbai: Equity benchmark indices ended lower on Monday. Sensex closed on June 15, 2020 at 552.09 points lower at 33,228.80. Nifty ended 159.20 points low at 9,813.70.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on June 12, 2020 at 242.52 points higher at 33,780.89. Nifty ended 70.90 points high at 9,972.90.
GAIL, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Reliance Industries and Sun Pharma were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers included IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finance and NTPC.
