Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on 18th May at 612.60 points higher at 50,193.33. Nifty ended 184.95 points high at 15,108.10.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 17th May at 848.18 points higher at 49,580.73. Nifty ended 247.35 points high at 14,925.15.
On the Nifty50 index, four of 5 stocks were from the auto space. M&M, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finance, Titan, and Eicher Motors were the top gainers while Bharti Airtel, ITC, Coal India, Dr Reddy’s, and Divi’s Labs were the top losers.
