Indian benchmark indices ended on positive note on March 28.
Sensex ended 639.16 points higher at 73,635.48, whereas Nifty concluded 203.25 points up at 22,326.90.
The biggest gainers on the Nifty included Bajaj Finserv, Grasim Industries, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finance and Eicher Motors, while losers were Shriram Finance, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Reliance Industries and Britannia Industries.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 526.02 points higher at 72,996.31, whereas Nifty concluded 118.95 points up at 22,123.65.
