Mumbai: Sensex closed on February 25, 2020 at 82.03 points lower at 40,281.20. Similarly, Nifty ended 31.50 points down at 11,797.90.
ICICI Bank, NTPC, and State Bank of India were the other top gainers. On the other hand, Sun Pharma and HCL Tech were the top losers.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on February 24, 2020 at 806.89 points lower at 40,363.23. Similarly, Nifty ended 251.45 points down at 11,829.40.
The rupee is trading at 71.872 against the dollar.
