Benchmark indices ended lower today. On December 15, Sensex closed 878.88 points lower at 61,799.03, whereas Nifty ended 245.40 points down at 18,414.90.
In the previous season, on December 14, Sensex closed 144.61 points higher at 62,677.91, whereas Nifty ended 52.30 points up at 18,660.30.
Tech Mahindra, Titan Company, Infosys, HDFC and Eicher Motors were among the biggest Nifty losers, while gainers were Britannia Industries, Hero MotoCorp, SBI Life Insurance, NTPC and Sun Pharma.
