Equity Indices ended on higher note today. On August 05, Sensex closed 89.13 points higher at 58,387.93. Nifty ended 15.50 points higher at 17,397.50.
In the previous season, on August 04, Sensex closed 51.73 points lower at 58,298.80. Nifty ended 6.15 points lower at 17,382.00.
UltraTech Cement, ICICI Bank and Bharti Airtel were the top gainers while Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Industries and Maruti Suzuki were the top losers.
