Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 98.84 points higher at 61,872.62, whereas Nifty concluded 35.75 points up at 18,321.15.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 208.01 points lower at 61,773.78, whereas Nifty concluded 62.60 points down at 18,285.40.
Bajaj Auto, Adani Enterprises, Bharti Airtel, ITC and Divis Laboratories were among the biggest gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Wipro, Tata Motors, UPL, Sun Pharma and HDFC.
