Mumbai: Sensex closed on November 22, 2019, at 215.76 points lower at 40,359.41. Similarly, Nifty ended 54 points down at 11,914.40.
Eicher Motors, Tata Steel, Zee Entertainment, JSW Steel and NTPC were among the top gainers today on Nifty. While Bharti Infratel, Infosys, Asian Paints, TCS and UPL were among the top losers today.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on November 21, 2019, at 76.47 points lower at 40,575.17. Similarly, Nifty ended 30.70 points down at 11,968.40.
The rupee is trading at 71.766 against the dollar.
