Mumbai, Jun 28 (UNI) The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday tanked by 76.80 points at 39509.61 amid weak global cues.
Nifty is down by 22.50 points at 11819.
Sun Pharma, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, ITC, and Larsen & Toubro were among top gainers on Nifty.
The Nifty sectoral indices were trading mixed, with Nifty Pharma rising the most,1.1 per cent, while Nifty Realty, down 0.8 per cent, slid the most.
Sensex registered intra-day high and low at 39,675.25 and 39,492.40 respectively.
At 0916 hrs, the Sensex was up 66.54 points at 39652.95, while Nifty 26.80 points at 11868.30 but later both saw red.
Sectorally, the realty and oil & gas stocks were the top gainers.
