Mumbai: The Indian equity benchmark indices ended at fresh record closing levels. Sensex closed on 15th June at 221.52 points higher at 52,773.05. Nifty ended 57.40 points high at 15,869.25.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 11th June at 174.29 points higher at 52,474.76. Nifty ended 61.60 points high at 15,799.35.
Asian Paints, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Life and HUL were among the top gainers, while losers included Divis Labs, Coal India, Bajaj Finserv, Hindalco Industries and Dr Reddy’s Labs.
