Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended flat today amid volatility. Sensex ended 33.01 points lower at 65,446.04, whereas Nifty concluded 9.50 points down at 19,398.50.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 274.00 points higher at 65,479.05, whereas Nifty concluded 66.45 points up at 19,389.00.
Top losers on the Nifty included Eicher Motors, HDFC, HDFC Bank, Tata Consumer Products and UPL, while gainers were Bajaj Auto, Divis Laboratories, Hero MotoCorp, Maruti Suzuki and HDFC Life.
