Mumbai: Sensex today on January 23 was trading 233.92 points higher at 41,349.30. Similarly NSE Nifty was trading 60.80 points up at 12,167.70.
Similarly, at 10:10 am, Sensex was trading at 41,310.52 points, whereas Nifty was trading at 12,158.30.
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Axis Bank were the top gainer in the Sensex pack. On the other hand, HUL, Nestle, Asian Paints and Tech Mahindra were top losers.
On the currency front, the rupee depreciated marginally to 71.21 against the US dollar in morning session.
