Equity benchmark Sensex dropped in early trade on Tuesday. The 30-share BSE index rallied over 384 points in the opening session, and at 10:02 am it slipped 177.45 points at 45,376.51.
After similar movement, the broader NSE Nifty slipped 59.20 points to 13,269.20.
M&M was the top laggard in the Sensex pack followed by Bajaj Finance, ONGC, ITC, IndusInd Bank, Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finserv and Dr Reddy”s Lab.
On the other hand, HCL Tech, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HDFC and Power Grid were among the gainers.
