Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh: Seohara sugar mill has paid all the pending cane dues of the previous season giving relief to cane growers. The sugar mill cleared cane arrears of Rs 23 crore 40 lakh.
According to the news report published in Livehindustan.com, district cane officer Yashpal Singh said, “The mill has cleared all pending cane dues of farmers. On Tuesday, the mill cleared Rs 23.40 sugarcane arrears.”
Uttar Pradesh government has asked the administration to ensure sugar mills clear pending dues of the previous season. And also warned of action in case of a payment default.
