New Delhi: West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Bihar are likely to receive heavy rainfall on July 12, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) prediction.
IMD said in a statement, ” Isolated places over Konkan, Goa, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh may witness Heavy to very heavy rainfall.”
Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram may also face rain showers.
Rough to very rough sea conditions are likely to prevail over southwest and west-central the Arabian Sea.
As a precautionary measure, fishermen have been advised not to venture into these areas.
