Small sugar prices recovered modestly at the Vashi wholesale market today on renewed demand from stockists and bulk consumers.
While, medium sugar held stable in absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Small sugar (S-30) edged up by Rs 4 per quintal to Rs 3,220/3,282 from last Saturday’s closing level of Rs 3,216/3,282.
Medium sugar (M-30) was quoted at Rs 3,292/3,520 per quintal.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,220/3,282 (Rs 3,216/3,282).
