Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Government will soon announce the state advised price (SAP) of sugarcane. The process is going for the same, said Uttar Pradesh’s sugarcane minister Suresh Rana.
He said, ” 92 per cent cane payment of the last season has been paid. Pending dues will be made soon. The government paid Rs 1.12 lakh crore to cane growers in the past three and a half years of its rule, which was highest ever.”
“Despite the lockdown, all 119 sugar mills operated to cater to the needs of cane growers in the state,” Rana further added.
