ChiniMandi Delhi, 29th November 2019: In a notification issued on 29th November 2019, the food ministry has allocated 21.5 LMT monthly sugar quota for December to each of 535 mills in India along with added incentivized quota to those mills who have completed their export targets under MIEQ Quota. The allocated quota of December 2019 is 2 LMT higher than the preceding year’s December month quota that stood at 19.50 LMT.
The Government has announced 21.5 LMT Monthly Sugar Quota for Sale in December which is 4.88% higher quota compared to the last month’s Sugar quota of November 2019 which stood at 20.5 LMT. The statewise quota for December 2019 is as follows: Andhra Pradesh 34476 MT, Bihar 63754 MT, Chhatisgarh 10349 MT, Goa 499 MT, Gujarat 41044 MT, Haryana 36635 MT, Karnataka 262246 MT, Madhya Pradesh 18341 MT, Maharashtra 648315 MT, Orissa 512 MT, Punjab 52930 MT, Rajasthan 1118 MT, Tamil Nadu 63044 MT, Telangana 4329 MT, Uttar Pradesh 875317 MT, Uttarakhand 37105 MT.
