Ramala (Bagpat): Ramala cooperative sugar mill has sold Rs 15 crore electricity generated from its co-generation plant.
According to the news report published in Amar Ujala, Sanjay Gulati, Director of the Uttam Group said, тАЬAfter increasing the capacity of the mill and setting up a new co-generation plant, we have succeeded in earning additional Rs 15 crore by producing and selling the electricity.тАЭ
As per the report, sugar mill produced around 9 lakh quintal sugar by crushing 83 lakh quintal of sugarcane. In this season, the mill produced more sugar as compared to the previous season.
