Sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh start sanitising villages in their areas

Muzaffarnagar: State Minister Suresh Rana said that the three sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district have begun sanitizing villages and towns in their areas to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

The minister asked all mills to start sanitising activities in their areas.

According to the media reports, The mills in Shamli, Thanabhawan and Unn have sanitized dozens of villages including Kairana and Unn.

Earlier, in the interest and service of the Nation, the minister had appealed to all sugar mills of Uttar Pradesh to launch a sanitization programme of all the public offices; e.g. Collectorate, CSCs, PHCs, Tehsils, Blocks, Police stations, etc, immediately, where the public gathering is taking place during the lockdown period.
