In Uttar Pradesh State, 119 sugar mills began sugarcane crushing. As on 03/03/2020 7111.97 lakh quintals of cane has been crushed and 789.86 lakh quintals have been produced with a recovery rate of 11.11% with B-heavy and without B-heavy – 11.52%
