Bhoosreddy told that, toll free Control room is established at the headquarters of Cane Development Department for quick and effective disposal of the problems of sugarcane farmers. To bring progress efficiency in the work of toll free call center personnels and for quality redressal of complaints, now 1800-121-3203 toll free Service will be provided to sugarcane farmers in two shifts by experienced and skilled personnel.
Giving detailed information about the functioning of the toll free call Centre, Shri Bhoosreddy said that with a view to strengthen the functioning of the toll free control room personnel, Now the problems of cane farmers will be solved by the employees from 7:45 am to 10:45 pm. This arrangement of toll-free call center has been implemented during the survey season from the month of June to September, during this period farmers can call on the toll-free number for 16 hours while during the crushing season from October to May the problems of sugarcane farmers will be resolved 24×7 by the control room. A backup team of skilled and experienced personnel has also been formed for work during the leave period of the control room employees, so that there should not any inconvenience to those sugarcane farmers calling at the toll free number.
He told that sugarcane farmers can also get solution by registering their various problems related to sugarcane cultivation, on the departmental toll free number 1800-121-3203 and for the problems related to survey, Satta, calendar, supply ticket etc. on toll free number 1800-103-5823. He also informed that for monitoring and surprise inspection of the quality of the work, the Nodal Officers will inspect the control room daily and provide necessary directions to the personnel.
