Mawana/Hastinapur: According to a report by Live Hindustan, officials from the sugarcane department have carried out an inspection of the survey conducted on sugarcane fields in villages associated with the Mawana sugar mill and Tikaula sugar mill.
The survey has been completed in 76 out of the 202 villages under the Mawana Cooperative sugarcane development committee. The remaining villages in the region are currently undergoing the survey.
Officials have taken measures to ensure that farmers receive slips and accurately provide all the necessary details from their fields.
Officials have stated that cane farmers have been instructed to become committee members by submitting their declaration forms online through the portal. The survey of the entire region is expected to be completed by June 15, he added.
