Tamkuhiroad, Kushinagar: Seorahi sugar mill closed crushing operations on Monday, reports Amar Ujala.
The mill operated for 151 days and crushed 79.13 lakh quintal of cane during the ongoing season. The mill started operations on November 25 last year. Before that the mill operated in 2018-19 and had crushed 78.98 lakh quintal cane in 157 days.
The officials of the sugar mill were present on the occasion of the closing ceremony of crushing season.
